Round 1: Best Place To Start
Fat Loss Round 1 is an All Inclusive 14 week program where you will receive your workouts, your eating plan, a supplements recommendations list and weekly check in's and mentoring with Brandie.
Everything can be done virtually so you can complete your workouts at home, at a gym, or if your local you can attend live workouts with me at my gym. Springville Explosive Fitness.
You can expect to lose 20-30lbs during the 14 week program (if you have that to lose of course, if you don't, then we shift you over to the muscle building when your body fat gets low enough).
There is no pre-purchased foods to buy. This is a whole foods program which is key to massive fat loss results. It's also super simple meal prep because everything is basically 1 ingredient.

Round 2: Fat Loss
Need to lose more weight? A great program to move into next:
You will receive a brand-new meal plan (different from round one). You will get some new carb options to expand your variety as well as new protein options, new vegetable options, and new treat options!! You will receive two new approved chocolate options that don’t interfere with fat loss. (This is my favorite part of round 2). You will receive all new workouts; these can be done at home or at the gym. It is good to switch up your workouts every 12 to 14 weeks to give your body a break and heal any areas that might be nagging you with overuse injuries a.k.a. tendinitis and inflammation.
This is also a 14-week program so you will continue with Thursday weekly check ins and mentoring with me. You will also receive two new supplement recommendations; one for fat loss in case your body has gotten use to the fat burner we used on round one, and then a new muscle recovery supplement. Both of these are super inexpensive. This round is designed to lose another 20-25lbs on top of Round 1’s Fat Loss total so it’s a great continuation from Round 1. If you don’t have that much to lose this will be a hybrid program where we shift you over into muscle building once we have gotten you down to your trim weight for your height. Cost on this program is $349 for 14 weeks. I offer a discount for doing multiple programs. After you have completed 1 program any additional programs may be done for $299.
Round 3
Do you eat perfectly during the week and then struggle on weekends? It does not mean you have to settle with being overweight! I have the perfect weight loss plan for you that is designed around your life style! It’s called "Carb Cycling". Here’s the details:
Carb Cycling/ 11 & 3 Day Plan
This option is amazing if you find you do really well with clean eating during the week and then you struggle with your weekend eating. The way this program is designed entails you getting 2 meal plans. One clean eating lower calorie, lower carb option that you follow for 11 days. I have you send me a list of some of your weakness foods that you have a hard time saying no to and I use them to build your 3-day meal plan. This meal plan involves 1000 extra calories and 100 extra carbs for 3 days. The fun thing about this program is you feel like you’re getting a cheat weekend every other weekend with your favorite foods.
The reason why we can do this and still continue with fat loss is because of your 11 days of lower calories and lower carbs. Technically speaking we are depleting your glycogen storage in your muscles over 11 days and then filling them back up again so you have no fat gain, the extra carbs go right into your muscles for energy storage. This plan is also fantastic if you travel because we can schedule your high calorie days over your trip or any holidays as well and still continue to lose weight with ease. Lastly this program is perfect for those who work out longer than 1 hour on occasions. My bikers, hikers, and runners love this program! Round 5: Can be used for Fat Loss & or Muscle Building
This was my ending picture when I finished Round 5! I was over-the-moon thrilled! This round was my favorite when it comes to end results. This round is a 14-week program. I will give you a protein goal to hit, and a calorie goal to stay under. You will be tracking your own food on one of our 3 recommended food tracking apps. This is not macros.
On round 5 your fat and carbs slide meaning you can have a high fat day as long as it’s a low carb day and vice versa. You will also receive brand new workouts to sculpt your body. This round is totally customizable meaning it can be a fat loss round or a muscle building round or both. At first I needed to lose about 10lbs and then I shifted over to muscle building for the rest of the program. You will also receive supplement recommendations to help you maximize your fat loss and muscle building results. We will do weekly check-in’s and mentoring to help you advance towards your goal as quickly as possible. Out of all of the rounds I offer, I love my ending pictures THE BEST from this round! Super Lean & Super Buff! I love it! This is the Round I did to prep me for my 25-year Anniversary trip to Cancun. Cost on this program is $349 and everything is included. This price is bananas!
Everything can be done virtually so you can participate from anywhere. You will also receive an online workout membership where all of your workouts are recorded and ready for you to access at your convenience.
Round 6: Vacation Prep
Do you have an event that you want to look your absolute best for? Maybe a vacation, maybe a high school reunion. If so, this is a great program for you because it is a month-to-month program based on your timeline. There is no deadline, so it is totally up to you how long you would like to continue. You choose your own food but this is not tracking calories so it’s quite different than anything I’ve ever done before.
I will give you a goal in grams for your protein, carbs, and fats for the day, and then you just work on hitting your goal. I will also work with you on your daily food intake to help you with knowing what foods work best and what food combinations, to help you get your desired results. You also receive 5 meal plans so it is the best of both worlds! This round can also be done for fat loss and/or muscle building. We specifically design your workouts around the areas on your body that need extra help to make them amazing!
This program is just $120 per month.
Round 7: Physique & Body Building Program
NEW Physique & Body Building Program: We start with -2 tests to asses under active muscles and overactive muscles as well as a postural assessment. Using the findings from these tests we will be building an entire program to correct overreactive and underactive areas. Starting with corrective stretching techniques for your overactive areas, then lengthening the overactive muscle, then activating your under active muscle, and finally integrating multi joint and compound exercises to correct muscle imbalances as well as continuing to build a total body & balanced frame.**[In short, your underdeveloped areas are almost always due to overactive muscles somewhere else and/or an injury compensation. We will find it through the assessment testing and fix it through your program design!]
Workouts will be designed around how many days you prefer to workout per week. 3,4, 5, or 6. Workout Programs will be changed every 2-6 weeks depending on your progress within the previous plans. Workouts can be done at home or at the gym, and I will customize that for you.
We will also be using steps per day to monitor activity levels to ensure the absolute best results from the program. You will receive an overview on your entire program with results mapped out weekly so you can see a bench mark goal to hit every week to keep us on track for your end goal. We will be doing Thursday check-in’s weekly to monitor progress and assess adherence to the program as well as make any changes necessary to realign with your end goal and date. Our ending goal for female clients will be 15% body fat unless the client does not want to take it that low but this is our general goal line. For male clients our goal will be 8-10% unless otherwise requested.
We will do segmental body fat testing at the beginning of the program so we can see what your body fat is in your left arm, right arm, mid-section, core, trunk, your left leg, and your right leg. This will show us exactly where you are currently at so we know how to customize the program to bring each area down to percentage's that will allow all of your lean muscle to pop. (I have a scale you hop on that does this if you are local. If you’re not local, I can talk you through how to get access to one of these scales in your area. We will also be looking at the same areas for muscle imbalances and will design your program around any found to bring everything up to balance for perfect muscle symmetry. Everyone’s timeline will be totally different depending on the results they are wanting. Once we assess the amount of body fat you have, your body fat percentage goals, which approach you are wanting, then we workout a timeline on how long it will take to complete. Exercise snacks will also be included in the program for clients who are sedentary for their job. This will help significantly with overactive and underactive muscles as well as giving your body a metabolic boost numerous times throughout the day. Think of it as a mini workout at work.
Cost is $200 for the first month (mainly because of how extensive the testing and program design is) then $120 per month for each month after.

Losing weight is very difficult for me because I have hoshimotos. It got extremely frustrated and I didn’t have the energy to do all I wanted and needed to do, no talk about working out!
